Small Groups – Get Connected!!

These are groups of 6-12 people who study a topic together for 4-8 weeks. This is vital to grow spiritually and finding friendship at gFree. Sunday is not enough!

Christmas Gifts for Shut-ins and Soldiers

The Grateful Grannies will take special Christmas packages to shut-ins throughout our community AND send packages to oversea soldiers. Give by marking your giving envelope with “Shut-ins.” Submit names of any shut-ins or soldiers to Holly Boumerhi or email them to office@gfree.org.

Men’s Breakfast

Join us Saturday, October 24th, at 9:00 for a great breakfast and a time of fellowship with other guys! Enjoy good food, conversation, and time together. Cost is $5 per person. Sign up on your Connection Card.

Faithful Friends (Formerly known as Grateful Grannies)

Join us on Thursday, October 15th, at 11:00 am as we continue the wonderful work that dear Mary Fetzer held close to her heart. All ladies, young and old, are invited to join us!

Woman’s Friendsgiving

Thursday Nov 5th at 6pm. We are going to have it catered this year, sign up at the Women's Ministry table starting 10/18/26. The cost is $17.50. We will be taking food donations at the dinner for our local food pantry.

gFree Courageous Kids Club

Kids in grades 4th–6th join us weekly on Thursday nights at 6 pm for Courageous Kids Club! Kids will enjoy Bible lessons, hands-on activities, and prayer in a fun, welcoming environment that helps them grow in faith and friendships. For questions, contact Mindy at mindy@gfree.org. Pennies for Presents

Three weeks left to give!! Our kids in Children’s Ministries will again be partnering with our missionaries Rich & Laurie Sheriff in Chile to provide Christmas gifts for special needs kids/families through their Movieiento Agape (Love in action) Program by collecting pennies (any coins or bills are welcome). A jar will be set up for collecting change or you can mark Pennies for Presents on your giving envelope.

Ladies Workout

The ladies workout group meets on Mondays & Wednesdays at 7 pm for 1 hour. All fitness levels welcome. Enter thru door #10. Get and stay healthy! For questions, contact BJ Lesko at 814-553-5185.

Ladies Game Night

Courageous Kids – End-of-Summer Party cancelled today due to weather. Move-up ceremony for kids moving up is still happening today at 12:30pm in the Activities Room.

Missions Fire Night - Sunday, August 23rd at 6pm. Come out for a fire night with The Sheriff’s! Hot dogs and drinks will be provided — just bring a side or dessert to share. It’ll be a great evening of fellowship as we hear stories of what God is doing in Chile. Be sure to sign up on your Connection Card.

Ladies Game Days

Crochet Class

A crochet class for beginners and experienced crocheters will kick off Monday, June 1, from 1:00 to 2:30 PM for six weeks. We’ll start with the Jacob’s Ladder pattern, and since we’ve got plenty of yarn on hand, we’ll be using what’s here. Ladies Summer Workout

What’s Happening

Men’s Event: Wiffle Ball & Campfire Night
Men join us on Wednesday, May 20th from 6–8 pm at the lower field for Wiffle Ball, outdoor games, and a campfire. Hot dogs and water are provided—bring a side to share and your lawn chair. Sign up on your Connection Card.

Bikers, Burgers & Blessings
gFree will host a bike blessing event on Saturday, May 30 from 11:00–3:00. Volunteers and donations of water, pop, and cookies are needed. Cookies can be dropped off May 29th or 30th. Please stop by the sign-up table today to see how you can serve.

Family Fire Night

This Sunday, May 17th at 3 pm at gFree Church — all seniors and their families are welcome to attend. The Living Faith Scholarship will be awarded during the service.

Serendipity Horse Rescue Ranch
Serendipity Horse Rescue Ranch is hosting Spurred to Victory Ministries on Saturday, May 23rd @ 2 PM at 920 Pea Vine Rd in West Decatur.
