More than just a Band!
Worship Ministry helps create space for our church family to praise God, hear His Word, respond in prayer, and gather together in the presence of Jesus.
This ministry includes the praise band, vocalists, sound team, livestream team, video, audio, slides, and service support. Some serve on stage, while many serve behind the scenes, but every role matters.
Our goal is simple: to help lead the church in worship with humility, excellence, and a heart focused on Jesus.
Praise Band and Vocal Team
The praise band and vocal team help lead the congregation in worship through music.
This includes preparing songs, practicing together, learning parts, listening well, and leading in a way that encourages the church to worship God together.
Worship is not about performance. It is about serving the church and pointing people toward Jesus.
Sound and Audio
Good sound helps people engage clearly in worship.
The audio team helps manage microphones, instruments, speakers, monitors, volume levels, and overall sound quality during services and events.
This work requires focus, patience, listening, and a willingness to keep learning. When sound is done well, it helps remove distractions and supports the whole worship experience.
Livestream and Video
Our livestream helps people connect when they cannot be in the building.
The video and streaming team helps manage cameras, online broadcast, visual quality, and the technical details that allow people to worship with us from home, while traveling, or during difficult seasons.
This ministry extends the reach of Sunday worship beyond the room.
Slides and Service Support
Slides help guide the congregation through worship, Scripture, announcements, sermon notes, and other parts of the service.
The slide and service support team helps make sure the right words, visuals, and cues appear at the right time. This role requires attention to detail, timing, and a heart to serve quietly and faithfully.
Practice and Preparation
Worship Ministry involves more than Sunday morning.
There is practice, planning, setup, sound checks, communication, troubleshooting, and continued growth in both musical and technical skills.
Every person involved helps prepare an environment where the church can worship with focus and freedom.
Serving with Skill and Heart
Worship Ministry brings together people with musical ability, technical knowledge, creativity, and a desire to serve.
Whether you sing, play an instrument, run sound, manage slides, help with livestream, or enjoy solving technical problems, there may be a place for you to serve.
The most important part is a humble heart that wants to help people worship Jesus.
