Church Life

Church Life helps care for the practical and relational needs of our church family through meals, prayer, encouragement, funeral dinners, special events, and support during important seasons of life.

Church is Family

Church is a family, and families care for one another.

Church Life is the ministry that helps bring people together, care for people in need, and support the church through meaningful moments of fellowship, service, and compassion.

From meals and special events to prayer support and care during difficult seasons, Church Life helps our church family stay connected, encouraged, and cared for.

Caring for People

There are seasons when people need extra support.

Church Life helps care for those who are sick, recovering, grieving, overwhelmed, or walking through a difficult time. Sometimes that care looks like a meal. Sometimes it looks like a phone call, a card, a visit, or simply helping someone feel remembered and loved.

This ministry helps remind people that they are not alone.

Funeral Dinners and Family Support

When a family is grieving, practical care matters.

Church Life helps provide funeral dinners and support for families during times of loss. These meals create space for family and friends to gather, remember, receive comfort, and be cared for by the church.

It is a quiet but meaningful way to show the love of Jesus during one of life’s hardest moments.

All-Church Events

Church Life also helps create moments where the whole church can gather, connect, and enjoy time together.

These may include meals, church picnics, Church in the Park, campfires, holiday gatherings, and other special events throughout the year.

These events help build friendships, welcome new people, strengthen community, and create shared memories as a church family.

Prayer Chain

Prayer is one of the most important ways we care for one another.

Church Life helps manage the prayer chain so needs can be shared appropriately and prayed for faithfully. Whether someone is facing illness, grief, surgery, a family concern, or another urgent need, the prayer chain helps our church respond with love and prayer.

We believe prayer matters, and we count it a privilege to pray for one another.

Serving with Compassion

Church Life is a ministry of practical love.

Many of the people who serve in this area work quietly behind the scenes, but their care makes a deep difference. They help our church become a place where people are fed, supported, remembered, prayed for, and welcomed into community.

If you have a heart for caring for people, organizing meals, helping with events, or praying for others, Church Life may be a meaningful place for you to serve.
